FlowRadar is run by a small team. Email is the only support channel, and it is read every working day.

Write to support@flowradar.us. Please include the email address on the account, and for anything billing-related the date and amount of the charge. Expect a reply within one working day.
Managing your subscription
Sign in and open Account, then Manage billing. That opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can update the card on file, download invoices, or cancel.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Access continues until then, and you are not billed again.
Sign-in is by emailed link rather than a password, so there is nothing to reset. If the link does not arrive, check the spam folder first and then email us.
Refunds
Monthly plans (Microcap Radar $39, Options $59, All-Access $79). Cancel at any time and you will not be billed again. The month already in progress is not refunded.
Annual plans. Full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase. After that it is non-refundable, and cancelling stops the following year’s renewal rather than the charge already taken.
These are the same terms shown on the payment screen before any card details are entered. If you believe you have been charged in error, email us before raising it with your bank — it is faster, and we would rather fix it directly.

FlowRadar is an informational and educational tool for reading options flow and dealer gamma positioning. It is not investment advice, it does not account for your circumstances, and it does not execute trades, hold funds or provide brokerage services. The limits chapter sets out plainly what these measures cannot tell you.
Options carry a genuine risk of losing the entire amount committed.
